Peloton joined a handful of riders from the AG2R La Mondiale team as they trained in the Alps. Irishman Nicolas Roche led the contingent, preparing for the Critérium du Dauphiné and the upcoming Tour de France. A 41-mile loop starting and ending in Montgenèvre offered small, Alpine roads and a preview of stage 17 of this year's Tour, which will finish across the border in Pinerolo, Italy.
