Back in the day, Mark Cavendish powered his way to a string of sprint victories aboard the SCOTT Addict. Today, the speedy legacy of that bike lives on in the SCOTT Addict Gravel 10. This aggressive bike is race-ready for those who want to rip over gravel roads as quickly as possible. With the ability to clear 40mm of rubber, the Addict Gravel is very much a gravel bike and its intentions for unbridled speed are made clear from its spec: 35mm Schwalbe G-One Allround tires mounted on 40mm-deep Syncros Capital 1.0 X40 carbon wheels. And with no extra gear mounts beyond those for water bottles, this bike keeps things clean and simple. At 18.19 pounds (8.25 kilograms), it’s light enough for rapid accelerations or keeping up speed over rolling hills. Outfitted with a 2× SRAM Force eTap AXS group, this bike has plenty of range for fast courses, from spinning up quick, steep rises with a 1:1 low gear to competing with road-bike speeds on descents in high gear. Plus, the hydraulic hoods give you plenty to hold on to over bumpy roads as well as lots of stopping power—which you’ll need for this speed machine.
