Lezyne wants everyone to ride with the protection of lights, so it’s making it easier than ever with the Smart Connect System. This smartphone-controllable technology is available in a range of lights, from the 1,800-watt Mega Drive 1800i to the commuting ready KTV Pro Smart Pair.
- Choose from a range of light patterns in the Lezyne LED Ally phone app.
- Control the lights from the phone app or from Lezyne’s GPS computers.
- Front and rear lights can pair together and be controlled simultaneously.
The KTV Pro Smart Pair is a front and rear light set small enough that you won’t mind taking it along for any ride, day or night. In daytime flash mode, these USB-rechargeable lights offer 20 hours of front and 19.5 hours of rear run time. When it’s time to recharge, both lights offer cable free charging, thanks to integrated usb sticks.
With up to 200 lumens of output up front and 75 lumens with 270° visibility in the rear, these lights are certain to catch the attention of everyone else on the road. You’ll want to have these IPX7 waterproof-rated lights rain or shine.
Through the companion Lezyne LED Ally phone app (available for iPhone and Android), you can program up to four different light patterns into the lights, and then swap through those patterns from the lights or the app. When the front and rear light are paired together, the rear light mode change together—no need to individually adjust lights. Through a new firmware update, these lights can also be controlled by some of Lezyne’s GPS computers.
$70/set; check out lezyne.com for info on the complete range of Smart Connect lights.
