Now in its tenth year, the Pablove Foundation has raised millions of dollars for the fight against pediatric cancer and PELOTON Magazine is proud to be riding 2018 Pablove Across America to help raise more for this amazing cause. There are two keystones to Pablove’s mission: improve the lives of kids living with cancer through programs like Shutterbugs which has helped over 1500 kids find their voice with photography, and Powered by Pablove research grants awarded to scientists looking for new and novel treatments and cures for pediatric cancers. The Pablove Foundation has awarded $2.2 million toward pediatric cancer research.

At PELOTON Magazine we are fortunate to work with many incredible brands that not only make exceptional bikes, but also posses exceptional generosity. The folks at Factor Bikes are supporting PELOTON’s Pablove fundraising with the donation of a gorgeous new 58cm Factor ONE, which we are building up with a full Dura-Ace Di2 group, including a new Shimano Power Meter. On September 30th we’ll begin our ride – over 500 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles – on this gorgeous Factor ONE.

Last week we headed to our local shop, The MOB Shop, in Ojai, California to unleash their pro mechanics on the build, and it’s gorgeous. It all starts with a sculpted, aero, integrated front end like no other aero road bike on the market. From there, the special ‘Twin Vane EVO’ down tube steals the show. The rear of the bike is equally handsome with dropped stays and a stiff, oversized bottom bracket. Sure, the bike is aero, stiff and quick, but with clearance for 28mm tires it’s got a smooth ride with wonderful handling. PELOTON, thanks to Factor, will be auctioning off this incredible build after the ride with all proceeds going to the Pablove Foundation.

Stay tuned for more details on this bike and other builds we’ll be auctioning off for Pablove at the end of Pablove Across America in October.
