Aug 22, 2016 – The third stage of the 2016 Vuelta a Espana took the riders from Marín (Pontevedra) to the Mirador Ézaro, where the peloton tackled an extremely steep final ascent in the closing kilometers. Coming out on top was FDJ’s Alexandre Geniez, who took the stage victory ahead of the likes of Alberto Contador, Chris Froome, and many more.
